This 4 days course prepares you and takes you through an initiation into the first level of Cosmic Cobra Breath. It is the capstone of the science of Kriya Yoga, a precious gift to humankind from Mahavatar Babaji. This ancient Breath technique was long held secret because of its great power. It prepares the mind and body for the safe, controlled movement of kundalini.
The Cobra Breath Level 1 technique transmutes sexual energy to open your third eye. You can begin to see truth behind illusions of the objective world and become the Witness to your life-drama, rather than its victim.
Cobra Breath is an oral tradition and can never be written.
We share ancient knowledge on tantric philosophy, yogic practices and emotional release techniques. We experience subtle energies to find a sense of inner bliss and experience Oneness. The mood is playful and at the same time deep and profound. Sexual practices are discussed but there is no explicit sexual activity. The course is suitable for singles and couples.

Kundalini is life force or consciousness, one manifestation of which is sexual energy. When it moves upward it enlightens you. Often in sexual intercourse the energy flows downward to drain you. Cobra Breath reverses this flow of sexual energy, alchemically transmuting base desires into spiritual gold. The secret teachings of many spiritual traditions use Kundalini energy to rejuvenate the body, empower the mind and access the soul. The Breath pulls Shakti (magnetic) energy into the spine, magnetizing the cerebrospinal fluid, allowing Kundalini to move up the spine. As the brain bathes in this magnetized fluid, the nervous system is transformed, and you awaken to a new consciousness. It is to be noted that Cobra Breath is an oral tradition and can never be written down.

SCHEDULE
Thursday afternoon at 3pm the group arrives, the seminar begins at 4pm. We close the seminar on Sunday midday.
You will be integrated in little daily tasks to help the kitchen and serve the community.

About the facilitator
Kachenka is a free spirit and a natural healer of many paths of life. She is a Hatha and Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga teacher, BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Practitioner, Shiatsu Thai massage therapist, Reiki & Deeksha giver, and she’s been initiated into plant medicine paths with Huichol and Shipibo tribes.
As a tantra teacher, therapist and a modern day medicine woman she works with life force, trauma release and personal empowerment.
She supports seekers to develop their emotional intelligence skills to become emotionally mature and build connections between intellect and intuition, to experience wholeness and rise on their path to higher consciousness.
She guides them to connect to their true feelings, core beliefs and inner nature of bliss. To the place of home in deeper intimacy with themselves and others, with life and truth.

Céline is a devotee of Love & Sacred Union, Kundalini Yogini, Tantra, Lomi Lomi bodyworker and yogic cook. Born in France.
